Q: How do my employees use the Employee Time Clock?
1) Click on the 'Users & Assets' tab to find the 'Employee Time Clock' module
2) When an employee needs to clock in or out, click on the 'Active' link under the Employee Time Clock. Next to the name of the employee, click 'Sign In' or 'Sign Out'. When prompted, have the employee sign the signature pad. The time clock will store the signature of the employee in addition to the date and time.
Q: How do I find out how many hours a staff member worked last month?
A: In the Employee Time Clock module, select the employee's name and the period you would like the report for. Then export the report to Excel and sum up the number of hours under the hours column.
