Q: How do I update or change the management notifications that I receive, such as notifications of maintenance request updates?
A: On the resident portal, click on the Notifications link under the My Profile module. Here you can select what management notifications you would like to receive by checking the box next to the notification. You can receive them via email or you can set up your account to receive text message notifications by completing the text message verification process below the Management Notifications area.
NOTE: This does not remove you from mass messages sent by management staff
Q: How do I cease all communication with building management?
A: Your email will have to be deleted from Resident Contact information. Call MyBuildling.org or inform management that you would like it removed.
