Q: How can I add a new unit?

1) Go to the management console (if you're not already there, you can find a link at the bottom left of the homepage).

2) Click the "Users & Assets" tab

3) Press "View/edit user info"

4) Press "Add a unit"

 

Q: How can I get resident information for a specific unit?

1) In the "Quick Lookup" box, enter the unit number that you wish to get resident information for and click 'Submit'. The resident's information will appear in the box.

 

Q: How can I reset a unit (after a resident moves out)?

1) Go to the management console (if you're not already there, you can find a link at the bottom left of the homepage).    

2) Enter in the unit that you would like to reset in 'Resident Information area', on the right side of the screen and click 'Submit'.  

3) After the unit has been reset, you can type in the unit in the Resident Information box and it will show a new password.

4) Click on the Print Registration Reminder link to print a welcome letter with a login and password for the new tenant. Be sure to collect the resident cards from the residents who move out and to give cards to new residents. If you need more, we can place an order for you.

*Do NOT delete units and then recreate them. It is a multi-step process and will most likely lead to a discrepancy. If someone moves out, please use the reset unit feature.
